Type locality: "Mont Nimba (Guineé française [=Guinea])"; "Petoru (Sierra Leone)"; "Bonthé (Sierra Leone)"; "Ibanga, Suacoco (Liberia)"; "Kenema (Sierra Leone)"; "Yundum (Gambie)". Restricted to "mont Nimba", Guinea, by lectotype designation.
