Pipa myersi Trueb, 1984, Herpetologica, 40: 225. Holotype: KU 113665, by original designation. Type locality: "7 km above the mouth of the Río Ucurgantí, Provincia Darién, Panama, 30 m".

English Names

Myers' Surinam Toad (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 96).

Distribution

Río Chucunaque drainage of Provincia Darién, Panama; doubtfully from Río Zulia, Norte de Santander, Colombia, 0-30 m elevation.
