Petropedetes perreti Amiet, 1973, Ann. Fac. Sci. Cameroun, 13: 463. Holotype: JLA 71.196, by original designation; now MHNG 1253.90 according to Schätti, Perret, and Mariaux, 2002, Cat. Comm. Types Amph. Rept. Mus. Hist. Nat. Geneve, Vers. 4.0 (Jan. 2002): 15. Type locality: "Nsoung, 1400-1500 m", Cameroon.

English Names

Perret's Water Frog (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 103).

Distribution

Southern slopes of the Bamiléké Plateau, Mount Manengouba and Mount Nlonako, Cameroon.
