Distribution
Fitzroy River region near Broome and Derby, with recent records extending east as far as Fitzroy Crossing; south along Dampierland, a grassland between the Indian Ocean and the Great Sandy Desert, and in the eastern Roebourne Plain of the Pilbara region, Western Australia.
