Ranidella remota Tyler and Parker, 1974, Trans. R. Soc. S. Aust., 98: 74. Holotype: SAMA R13524, by original designation. Type locality: "Morehead, [Western Province,] Papua New Guinea".

Distribution

Known only from near Morehead on the southern lowlands of Papua New Guinea but likely more extensively distributed, and northeastern Queensland, Australia; possibly into adjacent Papua, Indonesia (western New Guinea).
