Otophryne robusta Boulenger, 1900, Trans. Linn. Soc. London, Ser. 2, 8: 55. Holotype: BMNH 1899.3.25.18, according to Parker, 1934, Monogr. Frogs Fam. Microhylidae: 110. Type locality: "foot of Mt. Roraima, 3,500 feet.", Venezuela.

Otophryne robusta robusta — Rivero, 1968 "1967", Caribb. J. Sci., 7: 155.

Distribution

Tepui formations of state of Bolívar, Venezuela, and adjacent western Guyana. 600-1216 m elevation, 1234-1411 m elevation.
