Ramanella palmata Parker, 1934, Monogr. Frogs Fam. Microhylidae: 93. Holotype: BMNH 90.11.8.62, by original designation. Type locality: "Newere Ellya, 7,000 ft. ", Sri Lanka.

Central hills of Sri Lanka, 1830-2135 m elevation.
