Kalophrynus tiomanensis Chan, Grismer, and Grismer, 2011, Zootaxa, 3123: 62. Holotype: LSUHC 5024, by original designation. Type locality: "outside Gua Tengkuk Air (= Tengkuk Air Cave), Gunung Kajang, Tioman Island, Pahang at 810 m elevation (2° 46′ 12.22″ N 104° 9′ 15.75″ E)", Western Malaysia

English Names

None noted.

Distribution

Tioman Island, Malaysia, where it is known from the Gua Tengkuk Air near to the of Gunung Kajang and along the Tekek-Juara trail, although expected to be more widespread on the island.

Comment

Confused with Kalophrynus pleurostigma prior to its naming, according to the original publication.
