Platypelis tetra Andreone, Fenolio, and Walvoord, 2003, Curr. Herpetol., 22: 93. Holotype: MRSN A2174, by original designation. Type locality: "Campsite W2, Anjanaharibe-Sud Massif, Analabe Valley, Befandriana Fivondronana, Mahajanga Faritany (Majunga Province), 14° 46′ S, 49° 26′ E, 1,250 m asl", Madagascar.

Four-spotted Tree Cophyline Frog (original publication).

Distribution

Mid-elevational rainforest in Analabe Forest and Besariaka Forest, northeastern Madagascar, 600-1250 m elevation.
