Oreophryne jeffersoniana Dunn, 1928, Am. Mus. Novit., 315: 3. Holotype: AMNH 24530, by original designation. Type locality: "Komodo, 2500 feet altitude", Indonesia.

Oreophryne darewskyi Mertens, 1965, Senckenb. Biol., 46: 189. Holotype: ZISP 4126, by original designation; reported incorrectly as SMF 4126 by Iskandar and Mumpuni, 2003 "2002", Hamadryad, 27: 126. Type locality: "Insel Rintja, Klein Sunda-Inseln", Indonesia. Synonymy by Auffenberg, 1980, Bull. Florida State Mus., Biol. Sci., 25: 56.

Distribution

Komodo, Sumbawa, Rinca, and western Flores Islands, Lesser Sunda Islands, Indonesia.
