Copiula tyleri Burton, 1990, Trans. R. Soc. S. Aust., 114: 90. Holotype: AMNH 77542, by original designation. Type locality: "Mt Henstein, 1220 m, 142°39′E, 4°31′S, East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea".

English Names

Sepik Mehely Frog (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 89).

Distribution

Forest slopes (670-1220) m) of the Cyclops, Bewani, Torricelli, Hunstein, and Adelbert ranges in northeastern New Guinea.
