Choerophryne microps Günther, 2008, Acta Zool. Sinica, 54: 654. Holotype: ZMB 62084, by original designation. Type locality: "near a stream ( the Maja stream) at 520 m asl (above sea level), Wondiwoi Mountains at the base of the Wandammen Peninsula, about 7 km W of the shoreline, 2°58′S and 134°38′E , Papua Province , Indonesia".

English Names

Small-eyed Choerophryne (original publication).

Distribution

Primary rainforest between 380 and 1000 m elevation on the eastern slopes and valleys of the Wondiwoi Mountains, at the base of the Wandammen Peninsula, Papua Province, Indonesia.
