Phrynomantis personata Zweifel, 1972, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 148: 489. Holotype: AMNH 74903, by original designation. Type locality: "Maprik, elevation 800 ft. (240 m.), East Sepik District [East Sepik Province], Territory of New Guinea [Papua New Guinea]".

Distribution
