Austrochaperina aquilonia Zweifel, 2000, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 253: 13. Holotype: AMNH 78186, by original designation. Type locality: "West Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea, on Mount Somoro, 9.5 km N, 10.5 km E of Lumi at an elevation between 730 and 1420 m".
