Megophrys baolongensis Ye, Fei, and Xie, 2007, Herpetol. Sinica, 11: 38. Holotype: CIB 572249, by original designation. Type locality: "Baolong of Wushan County, Chongqing City; altitude 793 m", Sichuan, China.

Known from the type locality (Baolong, Sichuan, China).

Comment

Fei, Hu, Ye, and Huang, 2009, Fauna Sinica, Amph. 2: 412-416, provided an account, illustration of the holotype, and spot map. Fei, Ye, and Jiang, 2010, Colored Atlas of Chinese Amph.: 181, provided a brief account (as Megophrys baolongensis) including photographs.
