Scutiger tuberculatus Liu and Fei In Liu, Hu, and Fei, 1979, Acta Zootaxon. Sinica, 4: 89. Holotype: CIB 65II0448, by original designation. Type locality: "Pu-xiong of Yuexi-Xian, Sichuan, altitude 3000 m", China.

Southwestern Sichuan and adjacent Yunnan, China, 2600-3750 m elevation.
