Callulina laphami Loader, Gower, Ngalason, and Menegon, 2010, Zool. J. Linn. Soc., 160: 498. Holotype: BMNH 2002.37, by original designation. Type locality: "Kindoroko Forest Reserve, North Pare Mountains, Kilimanjaro Region, Tanzania (03°43′43.5″S, 37°39′16.1″E)".

Known from the Kindoroko and Minja montane forests in the North Park Mountains, at elevations between 1730 m and 2000 m, Tanzania.
