Megophrys edwardinae Inger, 1989, Malayan Nat. J., 42: 230. Holotype: FMNH 148293, by original designation. Type locality: "Nanga Tekalit, Kapit District, Seventh Division, Sarawak", Malaysia.

Distribution
Known from two widely separated populations: one in western Sabah and the other in east-central Sarawak, Malayisa (Borneo); also reported fro Batu Apoi, Brunei.
