Gephyromantis elegans Guibé, 1974, Bull. Mus. Natl. Hist. Nat. Paris, Ser. 3, Zool., 171: 1175. Holotype: MNHNP 1972.1827, by original designation. Type locality: "Chaînes Anosyennes", Madagascar. A secondary homonym of Rhacophorus elegans Guibé, 1974, in Mantidactylus.

Distribution

Mountains of southeastern Madagascar from the Kalambatrita Reserve south to Andohahela, 1200-1800 m elevation.
