Mantidactylus (Chonomantis) charlotteae Vences and Glaw, 2004, J. Nat. Hist., 38: 101. Holotype: ZMA 7001, by original designation. Type locality: "Foulpointe (17° 41′ S, 49° 30′ E, less than 100 m above sea level), eastern Madagascar".
