Guibemantis (Pandanusicola) annulatus Lehtinen, Glaw, and Vences, 2011, Herpetol. J., 21: 96. Holotype: UMMZ 227004, by original designation. Type locality: "Mandena littoral rainforest (24° 57.095′ S; 47° 02.082′ E, 10 m a.s.l.), southeast Madagascar".

English Names

None noted.

Distribution

Three well-defined low-elevation rainforest sites in extreme southeastern Madagascar: Mandena, Sainte Luce and the Agnalaro Forest near Lake Ambavasohihy (south of Sainte Luce).

Comment

Most similar to Guibemantis punctatus according to the original publication, where it was also noted that a population in Anjananaharibe-Sud Special Reserve may apply to this species or a closely related one.
