Breviceps acutirostris Poynton, 1963, Ann. Natal Mus., 15: 321. Holotype: AMG 5507, by original designation; now in PEM. Type locality: "Swellendam Mountains", southwestern Western Cape Province, Rep. South Africa.

Distribution

Mountains of the southwestern Cape region, Western Cape Province, Rep. South Africa.
