Holotype: MRSN A5487, by original designation. Type locality: "Tsingy de Bemahara National Park, western Madagascar, Andamozavaky (Bekopaka commune, Antsalova district, Melaky region, Mahajanga province), 19°01.86′S, 44°46.80′E; 122 m a.s.l.".
