Boophis tsilomaro Vences, Andreone, Glos, and Glaw, 2010, Zootaxa, 2544: 59. Holotype: MRSN A-2002, by original designation. Type locality: "Berara Forest (Sahamalaza Peninsula, north-western Madagascar), 14°818.55′S and 47°854.92′E, 170 m a.s.l., Mahajanga Province, Analalava Fivondronana, Ambolobozo Firaisana and western part of the Befotaka Firaisana".
