Neobatrachus fulvus Mahony and Roberts, 1986, Rec. W. Aust. Mus., 13: 157. Holotype: WAM 52994, by original designation. Type locality: "Exmouth, near North West Cape, WA (21° 56′ S, 114° 07′ E)", Western Australia, Australia.
