Lechriodus aganoposis Zweifel, 1972, Am. Mus. Novit., 2507: 3. Holotype: AMNH 75791, by original designation. Type locality: "Numbut, Mt. Rawlinson, ca. 4200 ft. (ca. 1280 m.), Morobe District, Territory of Papua-New Guinea" (Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea).

Distribution

Scattered localities on the Huon Peninsula and along the central mountainous spine of New Guinea from Purosa (Eastern Highlands Province, Papua New Guinea) west to the Sibil Valley (Irian Jaya, Indonesia), 1000-2000 m elevation.
