Heleioporus albo-punctatus Gray, 1841, Ann. Mag. Nat. Hist., Ser. 1, 7: 91. Holotype: Not stated; BMNH 1947.2.19.19 (formerly 41.2.211) by museum records according to Parker, 1940, Novit. Zool., 42: 39, M.J. Tyler in Frost, 1985, Amph. Species World: 394, and Cogger, Cameron, and Cogger, 1983, Zool. Cat. Aust., Amph. Rept., 1: 15. Type locality: "Western Australia".

Heleioforus alleopunctatus — Krefft, 1865, Pap. Proc. R. Soc. Tasmania, 1865: 17. Incorrect subsequent spelling.

Distribution

Restricted to coast and ranges of southwestern Australia from the Murchison River south to Tambellup and east to Frank Hann National Park, Australia.
