Eleutherodactylus manezinho Garcia, 1996, Biociencias, Porto Alegre, 4: 59. Holotype: MZUSP 72037, by original designation. Type locality: "região do Córrego Grande, cidade de Florianópolis (27° 36′ 30 S 48° 30′ 30 W), Estado de Santa Catarina, Brasil".

Distribution
Known only from the type locality (near Florianopolis as well as Ilha do Arvoredo, Santa Catarina, Brazil, 100-700 m elevation.
