Distribution

Northwestern Tanzania through Burundi and Rwanda to north-central Dem. Rep. Congo and southern Uganda to western Kenya at high elevations.

Comment

Schiøtz, 1975, Treefrogs E. Afr.: 128-130, doubted the diagnosability of the previously defined subspecies, and Schiøtz, 1999, Treefrogs Afr.: 161, formally rejected them.
