Type(s): Zoological Museum of the University of Utrecht, by original designation; now possibly in the RMNH according to M.S. Hoogmoed in Frost, 1985, Amph. Species World: 205. Type locality: "Boma (Congo, W. Africa)", Dem. Rep. Congo.

Distribution

Rainforest from south-central Cameroon through Equatorial Guinea, Guinea, southwestern Central African Republic and Rep. Congo to central Dem. Rep. Congo and northern Angola.
