Comment

Possibly a Leptopelis (type is a juvenile), according to Perret, 1976, Bull. Soc. Neuchatel. Sci. Nat., 99: 24; see also Amiet, 1972, Ann. Fac. Sci. Cameroun, 9: 148. Amiet, 2009, Rev. Suisse Zool., 116: 88-89, regarded the taxon as dubius and its inclusion in Afrixalus to be arguable, given that the only know specimen is the juvenile holotype .
