Litoria rubrops Kraus and Allison, 2004, Herpetologica, 60: 98. Holotype: BPBM 15767, by original designation. Type locality: "Upaelisafupi Stream, 10° 29.825′ S, 150° 13.978′ E, 700 m elevation, Cloudy Mountains, Milne Bay Province, Papua New Guinea . . . . This locality is approximately 33 km straight-line distance SW of Alotau".

English Names

None noted.

Distribution

Known only from the type locality in the Cloudy Mountains of extreme southeastern Papua New Guinea.

Comment

In the Litoria nigropunctata group according to the original publication. Menzies, 2006, Frogs New Guinea & Solomon Is.: 117-118, provided a brief account.
