Nyctimystes oktediensis Richards and Johnston, 1993, Mem. Queensland Mus., 33: 73. Holotype: QM J56896, by original designation. Type locality: "southeastern slopes of Mt Akrik, Star Mountains, Western Province, Papua New Guinea (5° 10′ S, 141° 10′ E)".

Distribution

Southern slops of the Star Mountains of western Papua New Guinea; presumably present in adjacent Papua, Indonesia.
