Known only two localities at 1600 m elevation in the upper Sepik catchment on the northern slopes of the central mountains and one locality in the upper Ok Tedi on the southern slopes of the central mountains, West Sepik Province, and in the Hunstein Mountains of East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea.
