Comment

In the Litoria spenceri group of Tyler and Davies, 1978, Aust. J. Zool., Suppl. Ser., 27 (63): 32 (as the Litoria maculata group). See Martin and Littlejohn, 1982, Tasman. Amph.: 30, for discussion. Martin and Littlejohn, 1982, Tasman. Amph.: 30-31, provided a brief account for the Tasmanian population. Brandon-Jones, Duckworth, Jenkins, Rylands, and Sarmiento, 2007, Zootaxa, 1541: 41-48, discussed why burrowsi is not emendable to burrowsae. See brief account by Tyler and Knight, 2009, Field Guide Frogs Aust.: 56-57.
