Municipalities of Guapó, Itaberai, Jussara, Mossâmedes, Palmeiras, Pirenópolis, Pontalina, Porangatu, and Uirapuru, in the state of Goíás, southeastern Tocantíns, and the municipality of Corumbá in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.

In the Scinax rostratus group according to the original publication. Carvalho, Galdino, and Ávila, 2006, Herpetol. Rev., 37: 103, provided the record for Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.
