Hyla labedactyla Mendelson and Toal, 1996, J. Herpetol., 30: 327. Holotype: CAS 142596, by original designation. Type locality: "0.8 mi N San Vicente Lachixio, 7700 feet (= ca. 2346 m), Distrito Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, Mexico".

English Names

Grasping Treefrog (Liner and Casas-Andreu, 2008, Herpetol. Circ., 38: 20).

Distribution

Known only from the type locality at 2200 m in arid pine-oak forest, Sierra Madre del Sur, in south-central Oaxaca, Mexico.
