Hyla rubracyla Cochran and Goin, 1970, Bull. U.S. Natl. Mus., 288: 229. Holotype: USNM 157820, by original designation. Type locality: "along the Río Calima, near Córdoba, [Departamento] Valle, Colombia".

Distribution

Pacific lowlands in the Departments of Chocó and Valle del Cauca, Colombia, below 500 m elevation.

See Duellman, 1974, Occas. Pap. Mus. Nat. Hist. Univ. Kansas, 27: 13. Formerly considered a synonym of Hyla pellucens by Duellman, 1971, Herpetologica, 27: 221. Tentatively placed in the Hypsiboas pellucens group by Faivovich, Haddad, Garcia, Frost, Campbell, and Wheeler, 2005, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 294: 87.
