Hyla pellucens Werner, 1901, Verh. Zool. Bot. Ges. Wien, 51: 600. Holotype: ZMB 16590, according to Duellman, 1977, Das Tierreich, 95: 82. Type locality: "Palmar (100 m., westliche der Anden", Ecuador; Duellman, 1977, Das Tierreich, 95: 82, thought this might be Palmar on Río Chila, Provincia Manabí, Ecuador.

Hyla pulicaria Werner, 1901, Verh. Zool. Bot. Ges. Wien, 51: 601. Holotype: ZMB 16591, according to Duellman, 1977, Das Tierreich, 95: 82. Type locality: "Ecuador". Synonymy by Duellman, 1971, Herpetologica, 27: 221.

Hyla guibei Cochran and Goin, 1970, Bull. U.S. Natl. Mus., 288: 233. Holotype: FMNH 54773, by original designation. Type locality: "Pueblorrico-St. Cecilia, 800 meters, Pacific side, [Departamento] Caldas, Colombia". Synonymy by Duellman, 1971, Herpetologica, 27: 221.
