Distribution
Known only from Araipuanã and Apiacás, Mato Grosso, and Nova Colina, Rondonia, Brazil.
Comment
In the Hyla albopunctata group according to the original publication. In the Hypsiboas albopunctatus group of Faivovich, Haddad, Garcia, Frost, Campbell, and Wheeler, 2005, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 294: 86. Pansonato, Ávila, Kawashita-Ribeiro, and Morais, 2011, Salamandra, 47: 55-58, reported on the advertisement call and provided a range map of the species.
