Hyla leptolineata Braun and Braun, 1977, Rev. Brasil. Biol., 37: 853. Holotype: MRGS 8086, by original designation. Type locality: "Fortaleza dos Aparados, Município de Cambará do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil".
