Elevations of 40-1570 m in the Sierra de Omoa and Sierra Espíritu Santo in northwestern Honduras and from elevations of 420-1200 m in the Sierra de Caral, 775-890 m in the Sierra de Merendón, and 725-1200 m in the Sierra de Espíritu Santo in adjacent northeastern Guatemala.
