Hyla langei Bokermann, 1965, J. Ohio Herpetol. Soc., 5: 49. Holotype: WCAB 30428, by original designation; now in MZUSP. Type locality: "Marumbi, Morretes, Paraná, Brasil".

Distribution

Known only from the type locality in the state of Paraná, Brazil.

In the Hyla martinsi group according to original publication. By implication, in the Hyla circumdata group; see comment under Hyla martinsi. Not listed as a member of the Hyla circumdata group by Caramaschi and Feio, 1990, Copeia, 1990: 542-546, or Pombal and Haddad, 1993, Herpetologica, 49: 16-21. Formally placed in the Hyla circumdata group by Caramaschi, Napoli, and Bernardes, 2001, Bol. Mus. Nac., Rio de Janeiro, N.S., Zool., 457: 1-11. In the Bokermannohyla martinsi group of Faivovich, Haddad, Garcia, Frost, Campbell, and Wheeler, 2005, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 294: 83.
