Hyla izecksohni Jim and Caramaschi, 1979, Rev. Brasil. Biol., 40: 717. Holotype: MZUSP 50178, by original designation. Type locality: "Rubião Júnior, Botucatu, São Paulo, Brasil (aprox. 22° 53′ S e 48° 30′ W)".

Distribution
In Atlantic Forest known from the type locality (Botucatu) and Cotia and Itanhaém, all in the state of São Paulo, Brazil.
