Hyla cavicola Cruz and Peixoto, 1985 "1984", Arq. Univ. Fed. Rural Rio de Janeiro, 7: 41. Holotype: EI 7341, by original designation. Type locality: "Santa Teresa, E[spírito] S[anto]", Brazil.

Distribution

Serra da Mantiqueria, the Reserva Particular do Patrimonio Natural Feliciano Miguel Abdala, and the Municipality of São Gonçalo do Rio Abaixo in Minas Gerais; the Serra da Boa Vista in Espírito Santo, Brazil.
