Four-lined Treefrog ( Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 57). DISTRIBUTION: Unknown. COMMENT: Similar to Hyla leucophyllata according to the original publication. This name has not been assigned to any known population (W.E. Duellman in Frost, 1985, Amph. Species World: 149). Faivovich, Haddad, Garcia, Frost, Campbell, and Wheeler, 2005, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 294: 111, regarded this as a nomen dubium.
