Cryptobatrachus conditus Lynch, 2008, Zootaxa, 1883: 59. Holotype: ICN33572, by original designation. Type locality: "25.3 kms by road from Sardinata (Sardinata-Ocaña road), municipio Bucarasica, Norte de Santander, Colombia, 1040 m".

Distribution
Eastern slope of Serranía de Perija at 1030 m elevation in Norte de Santander, Colombia, and presumably in adjacent Venezuela.
