Loader, Poynton, Lawson, Blackburn, and Menegon, 2011, Fieldiana, Life Earth Sci., 4: 94, restricted the range to the West Usambara Mountains, implying that records from the East Usambara, Nguru, and Ukaguru Mountains are based on misidentifications.
