(USNM, now lost?), but including ANSP 2270-71, according to Malnate, 1971, Proc. Acad. Nat. Sci. Philadelphia, 123: errata (not ANSP 2770-71 as stated by Malnate on page 351). Type locality: "St. Thomas", U.S. Virgin Islands.
