Distribution
Known only from the type locality in remnant high-elevation cloud forest in the Massif de la Hotte, Tiburon Peninsula, southwestern Haiti, ca. 1120 m elevation.

Subgenus Euhyas, Eleutherodactylus bakeri series, according to the original publication.
